San Francisco chef Robert Brust, together with his partner Joel Costa, have now developed the wonderful, all-organic COTTONWOOD FARM in Bachelor Valley. Assisted by Blue Wing Chef Pablo Aguilar, Chef Robert will prepare a delicious, Blue Zones-inspired and locally-sourced menu featuring the wine and other products from the Shannon Ridge Ranch.. The dinner will serve as a late-summer treat outdoors in the garden under the sycamores. If the weather turns, the dinner will be held in the lovely Tallman Hotel dining room.
